Our limestone blocks are extracted from open-pit quarries in the Atlas Mountain foothills. Each block is tagged with a unique lot number that follows it through every production stage — from raw extraction to finished tile.
At our 12,000 m² Skhirat factory, blocks undergo precision cutting on bridge saws, calibration for thickness uniformity, surface finishing (sandblasting, tumbling, polishing, or brushing), and final quality inspection.
Every batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy (±0.5mm tolerance), surface consistency, and color uniformity. Tiles that don't meet specifications are redirected to secondary markets — never shipped to our B2B clients.
Containerized shipping from Casablanca port reaches Houston in 18-22 days, Los Angeles in 25-30 days, and Barcelona in 5-7 days. Our Houston and LA warehouses maintain safety stock for QuickShip orders (3-5 day delivery).
